In teams of 2, complete the following:
While one partner shuttle runs, the other chips away at exercises and they switch. Once the running partner gets back he/she will pick up where the other left off untill all reps are complete.
200 Double-unders
150 Squats
100 Sit-ups - wtd.
75 Jumping lunges
50 Deadlifts(225/135)
10 Rope climbs
10am - Intro Class (for beginners only)
4 Rounds of:
200M Run
15 Box Steps or jumps
15 DB Push Press
50 Jump Rope(20 D/U)
3pm - OPEN GYM
