All new members of our facility must complete 6 fundamental classes before moving into our regular scheduled classes. The fundamentals classes currently are Tuesday/Thursday @ 9:30am or 6pm and Saturday @ 10am. These classes will ensure you a smooth transition into the regular classes and the knowledge of our how our gym program is run. Once your Groupon ticket is redeemed, you will have 30 days to complete the classes purchased. We will ensure you are out of the fundamental classes and into the the regular classes within a 2 week time period so that you can finish out your classes with more access.
