Monday: 5:30am/8:30am/9:30am/10:30am/4pm/5pm(CF & CF Kids)/6pm
Tuesday: 5:30am/8:30am/9:30am/10:30am/4pm/5pm/6pm
Wednesday: 5:30am/8:30am/9:30am/10:30am/4pm/5pm(CF & CF Kids)/6pm
Thursday: 5:30am/8:30am/9:30am/10:30am/4pm/5pm/6pm
Friday: 5:30am/8:30am/9:30am/10:30am/4pm/5pm
Saturday: 8am - Weight Lifting/9am/10am - "FREE" Intro Class/3pm
Sunday: 9am
(All newcomers must attend 6 fundamental classes. Class times are Tues/Thurs @ 9:30am or 6pm and Saturday @ 10am)
Monday through Friday
5:30am/8:30am/9:30am/4pm/5pm - All levels
10:30am - Intermediate/Advanced
6pm-Beginner/Intermediate
Saturday/Sunday - All levels with the exception of the Intro class @10am. This class is designed for beginners or those new to CrossFit Pride.

All levels is for everyone but you will be completing the workout of the day posted with or without modifications

Beginners are new to CrossFit and with us less than 6 months

Intermediate is beyond fundamental movements and completing workouts 70% or more prescribed

Advanced is for our competitors and those who can complete workouts 95-100% prescribed
